Passion Flower is a calming herb with a mild enough action for children and the elderly. Insomnia, restlessness, irritability, chronic stress (ideal for type A personality). Hypertension/high blood pressure (especially with the stress). An aid in chronic pain. Anti-spasmodic action for for many types of muscle spasm/twitching: seizures, chorea, Parkinson’s, etc. Spasmodic asthma, whooping cough, nervous cough.
