Ginger
Zingiber off.
Part Used: Root. Ginger is an herb that is added to others to speed their delivery through the system. It is a circulatory stimulant for those with poor circulation. Pain from poor circulation and/or aggravated by cold. Indigestion, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, bloating. Motion sickness . Scanty, painful menstruation. Onset of cold and flu with chills. Not suited to "hot" conditions.
