I have good luck with my INFLAMMAID Formula as addressing muscle/tendon pain. It is a fresh herb extract; this one is just a little bitter with some herbs added to improve taste. It could be given in a little apple juice, but I think the benefits will make it not an issue. I have also had some very good reports using the SOLOMON SEAL extract externally on painful areas.
