Ask the Herbalist

Dear Bob Liebert,

I was wondering what may be a good herb for nausea during pregnancy besides ginger. A friend of mine just found out she is carrying twins and is experiencing a lot of nausea, hardly able to keep anything down. Any suggestions?

Sandy

Dear Friend,

I would suggest concurrent doses of BLACK HAW BARK extract which is also a general calmer and miscarriage preventative. Chamomile and Catnip teas are good along with it.

Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
