Dear Bob Liebert,
I have suffered from fairly severe allergies/hay fever my whole life
and the situation seems to be getting worse as I get older. I was thinking
about tyring your AL-R-G and/or Sinease. I was wondering how soon I
could expect to see an improvement, if both of these should be taken
together on a long term basis and if they are OK to take while nursing.
Alissa
Dear Friend,
I have seen many good things with the use of these two. The AL-R-G
is taken as a preventative, twice a day, and the SINEASE
throughout the day as needed for symptom relief including congestion,
sinus headache, running nose, watery and itching eyes. Sometimes a couple
of doses a half hour apart works well. They are safe while nursing.
Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
