Dear Bob Liebert,
I am 31 years old, I am having problems with mouth sores on my tongue
and sides of mouth. Since July I have had them sometimes 2-3 at a time.
They are very painful and stay from 3-4 days. I also have gential herpes
outbreaks also. I am feeling like a big huge walking sore lately. It
is one or the other all the time, please help me find something to balance
out my system and get it back into normal again. Thank you so much.
Anna
Dear Friend,
I would suggest the use of my ECHINACEA
and CALENDULA extracts. These
are taken internally and can also be applied externally, as well as
diluted by half or more and used as a mouth rinse. The ST.
JOHN'S WORT extract is also good internally, being anti-viral,
as well as calming to the nerves and for depression.
Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
