Ask the Herbalist

Dear Bob Liebert,

I had ulnar nerve and median nerve surgery a few years back, pinched nerve. Lately I wake up and my index finger and middle of same arm are tingling and numb. Had been hurting quite a bit before the numbing of my fingers. What can I take for this if anything?

Hope

Dear Friend,

I would suggest the use of the nervine herbs Skullcap and St. John's Wort, and the Prickly Ash extract, which aids circulation and stimulates the nerves. About 30 drops of the first two are taken, with 10 drops of the Prickly Ash.

Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
