I find a number of references to the use of BUTTERNUT BARK and ECHINACEA liquid extracts as aiding in Lichen skin problems. These address the immune system and disorder of the intestinal tract. The use of our HERBAL SALVE (with Comfrey, Chickweed, Golden Seal etc.) would be good to use externally for itching and healing, and can even be used in vaginal areas that can be reached. If you are interested I can give appropriate dosages.
