Dear Bob Liebert,
a few years ago I had a complete hysterectomy, I am not taking any
hormone replacements anymore, and my sex drive is almost non existant,
is there anything I can take to help this out? I am only 44 years old
and hate not having a sex drive, please help.......
Lori
Dear Friend,
For long-term imbalance leading to loss of libido, I would suggest
the extracts of Life Root,
Maca and Ginger.
The first two are for hormonal balance and the Life Root is also a tonic
for the female organs; both are known for their enhancing effects. The
Ginger helps warm things up by its circulatory stimulant properties.
The Maca can also be taken (up to full droppers) 1/2 hour before love-making.
Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
