Dear Bob Liebert,

Suffering leg cramp in lower calf of one leg so badly I have a black and blue bruise the size of your fist. I have a lot of stress from college classes, carry a heavy backpack, have to walk cross-campus, lack of sleep from late homework. Low blood pressure, sweats. Help with the cramp!

Sandra

Dear Friend,

I would suggest the use of our HEMMORAID/VENOUS Formula, as it sounds like being on your feet has broken down your veins. The Witch Hazel in the formula also addresses sore muscles. This formula can be added to a little warm water and apllied externally as well to the swollen area. White Oak Bark tea is also good to apply. CRAMP BARK extract can be added internally if you feel that muscles are cramping from spasm. You may also wish to check out our ADRENAL/STRESS Formula; ideal for folks in your situation.

Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
