Dear Bob Liebert,
For many years I have had bouts with cystitis and urethritis which
usually resolve quickly with a course of antibiotics. For the last 6
weeks I have had a prolonged episode of urethritis for which antibiotics
were not helpful. 5 days ago I started using Uva Ursi, Cornsilk, and
Buchu extracts twice daily. I am not completely well but I am feeling
much better now. My question is 1) how long should I continue this herbal
therapy 2) are there any herbs I can use on a daily basis for prevention
3)do you have other suggestions regarding herbal remedies to use while
I am symptomatic? Thank you.
Lori
Dear Friend,
A very good formula for chronic urethritis that I believe you would
find very good results with would be our extracts (the only ones I can
recommend!) of GRAVEL ROOT,
HYDRANGEA ROOT and ERYNGIUM
taken together.
The ERYNGIUM may not be on our list, but it can be placed under the
MESSAGE section on the order page, the same price as the other two extracts.
Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
You can buy these herbs and many more in the Formula and Single
Herb sections of the Teeter Creek Herb website. Herbs that don't appear
in the Formula or Single Herb lists can usually be requested in the "Message"
section at the bottom of the order page.
