Dear Bob Liebert,
I am 23 years old and suffer from panic attacks. Is there a specific
herb that can be used to help ease these attacks? I would be grateful
of any advice that you could offer to me.

Dear Friend,
Panic attacks are approached herbally with a combination of calming
herbs and herbs to re-vitalize the adrenal glands. When the adrenals
are exhausted from long-term stress, they will produce surges of adrenalin
that produce many of the symptoms of panic attacks. Please see our site
for the ADRENAL/STRESS and the NERVAID
Formulas and the herbs featured in them. The ADRENAL formula would be
taken daily in the morning, and the NERVAID as needed for calming effects.
Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
You can buy these herbs and many more in the Formula and
Single
Herb sections of the Teeter Creek Herb website. Herbs that don't appear in the Formula or Single Herb lists can usually be requested in the "Message" section at the bottom of the order page.
