Dear Bob Liebert,
I am looking for something to help fight pulmonary fibrosis. Any suggestions?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - anonymous
Dear Friend,
While herbs do not necessarily represent a cure; there are herbs that
are used to repair lung tissue, such as HORSETAIL
and NETTLES, which being high in Silica
and other minerals, are important in tissue repair. ELECAMPANE
mildly stimulates for tough mucus congestion, as well as being anti-bacterial.
PLEURISY ROOT and LOBELIA
extracts help difficult breathing and cough. BUGLEWEED
extract for any bleeding. THUJA is an
aid in preventing fibrosis.
Yours in healing,
Bob Liebert, herbalist
You can buy these herbs and many more in the Formula and
Single
Herb sections of the Teeter Creek Herb website. Herbs that don't appear in the Formula or Single Herb lists can usually be requested in the "Message" section at the bottom of the order page.
