Dear Bob Liebert,
I have suffered from tension in my neck, forehead, and shouders,
for years. to make a long story short. I've been studying on the effects
of hormones are how they play an emportant role connection with tension
migraine headaches. I just know tried some wild jam and scull cap.
I prefer tinctures, but here in Virginia, you're lucky to get capsules.
Any suggestions? Keep in mind, my tension is not your every day tension.
My muscles are tight daily causing my eyes to be bad. Valuim does
help, but not for long.

Dear Friend,
The extracts of Skullcap and Vervain are very good for acute tension
headaches as well as muscle tension. Black Cohosh extract can be tried
on a semi-regular basis to aid in hormonal balance, as well as being
known for relieving tension in the muscles of the neck and shoulders
Yours in healing,
