Dear Bob Liebert,
Just found out I have bone spurs on my lower back. Could you tell
me what herbs would be good to help me? And anything else that you
could think of that would help?
Thanks,
Kenny
Dear Friend,
We have had good results using Poke Root extract externally (not
for internal use). This can be alternated with St. John's
Wort Oil (for any pain and inflammation). This can be used with organic
Apple Cider Vinegar internally (which helps break down calcium deposits).
Horsetail can help bind calcium for better assimilation.
The Poke Root is not included on this website and would need to be
ordered by phone: 417-683-3491
Thanks,
Bob
You can buy these herbs and many more in the Formula and
Single
Herb sections of the Teeter Creek Herb website. Herbs that don't appear in the Formula or Single Herb lists can usually be requested in the "Message" section at the bottom of the order page.
